SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

We are a small company with limited manpower and resource. We try to give the best service to our customers. However, please understand that we are not using the JIT concepts. Delivery schedules are arranged one day before, so that means we cannot have people coming in and asking for immediate delivery. Each day our transportation fleets are delivering the orders from the day before.


To better suit your renovating needs, please make an order 3 to 5 days prior to your desired date. In these trying times of pandemics, we are taking extra precautions to prepare and sanitize our trucks before sending them out. We truly appreciate your support and understanding.

We strive to give the best for our customers at all times, but there might be times where we failed to meet your expectations. Please let us know if you have any issues with our products and we will resolve it for you. If you found something that's already broke out of the box, take it back to us, we will replace it for you or provide you with a refund.
